PowerSync is a LYNX Services recognition program that acknowledges a retailer’s ability to leverage electronic claims processing capabilities to significantly improve policyholder service.
As a PowerSync program participant, retailers are part of a leading group of glass shops nationwide who are streamlining the claims process to better serve customers.
Shops in the program receive customizable templates and a recognition certificate suitable for display, PowerSync logos, and information to be left behind with insurance customers to explain the program and what they gain from working with a PowerSync retailer. These materials explain the benefits of PowerSync and enhance the shop’s reputation as a high quality, efficient company.
To qualify for recognition, a glass company must:
- Be a LYNX Participant
- Maintain a direct electronic connection to LYNX Services from all locations through GLAXIS enabled software
- When applicable, participate in Electronic Scheduling (eScheduling...accept claim dispatches electronically with no phone call)
- Submit invoices electronically
There is no "cost" for the PowerSync program itself. There are different costs for EDI and to use the GLAXIS technology but the PowerSync program is free.
