Computer Modeling and Analysis

As data, often received via satellite, flows into the Automatic Technical Center (ATC), we generate a computer model of a customer's design. Using state-of-the-art computer-controlled tooling machines and a predictive optics program, we can use this model to "show" the glass shapes that design suggests. From this we specify the glazing systems that provide the necessary optical properties while maintaining the design parameters.
Long before any prototype is created, the professionals at ATC can determine the stress a piece of glass will endure during assembly and operation, the amount of heat generated within a given design - even the rate that interior materials will fade due to sun exposure.
